WELCOME TO THE REVEREND RAY McINNES

A very warm welcome to Father Ray McInnes who will be take our service today!

When Father Ray was Vicar of St Silas in Albert Park and Archdeacon, he was responsible for asking Noel Whale on direction of the Archbishop to come to Holy Trinity as the Locum Priest in May 2011.  Father Ray  provided the necessary arrangements for the parish to regain its rightful position in the community.  For his foresight we are most grateful.

NOEL’S FAREWELL SERVICE LAST SUNDAY

What a wonderful day!  Over 100 people attended during the day –  the Eucharist and the Afternoon Tea/Drinks Party.

Thank you all for such a memorable day, I was completely overwhelmed by the response, the congregation from many aspects of my 52 years of ministry.  The kind and deeply felt messages both spoken and written warmed my heart. Thank you for the many gifts, cards, emails, messages and calls each with a lovey story to tell, and the parish gift was magnificent.  Thank you again for an amazing 11 years as your priest, I will never ever forget this beautiful gift from God that was given me to love and care for you-  the faith community of Holy Trinity Port Melbourne.    Noel x
