DEANERY EVENSONG – TODAY! Sunday 14 November 2021 @ 5pm
Holy Trinity is the host for this year’s annual service for the parishes that make up the Port Phillip Area Deanery. It is an opportunity for us to worship together with our neighbouring parishes. All are welcome but covid restrictions apply.
CHURCH SERVICES AT HOLY TRINITY
With the easing of Covid 19 restrictions bookings are no longer required to attend church. The number we are allowed to have inside the church is 30 people. We must observe the 4sqm, 1,5m distancing rules and masks must be worn indoors. The QR code registration is required and ‘Fully Vaccinated Certificates’ needs to be seen by Noel (this only needs to be done once). A separate Sunday service needs to be provided for those non-vaccinated and vaccination status unknown people at 12 noon.
PARISH STATUTORY ANNUAL MEETING – AGM: NEXT Sunday 21 November 2021
This meeting will be held on Sunday 21 November 2021 at 12 noon, in person at the church. Nomination Forms are available for the election of Churchwardens, Parish Council Members, Parish Incumbency Committee.
BAY STREET TRADERS MARKET DAY – Saturday 4 December 2021
This event is organised by the Port Melbourne Business Association and will involve traders along the length of Bay Street.
HTPM will have our own ‘Market Day’ involving a Sausage Sizzle, Op Shop, Plant Stall and Cake Stall.
*** We will need people to help on the stalls and also contribute to the cake and plant stalls! *** 🧁 🌺
THIS WILL BE OUR FIRST FUNDRAISING EVENT IN TWO YEARS!
PARISH FINANCES
Thank you to all who have contributed to the parish finances recently – it is greatly appreciated and it means that we are not financially stressed and are able to pay our standing accounts. Now that we can worship again on Sunday mornings in person, offerings can be given by the plate, or alternatively please use the Westpac Bank details that are printed below or send a cheque to PO Box 477 Port Melbourne 3207.
