*** PARISH MEETING AFTER CHURCH NEXT SUNDAY ***
Next Sunday at 11.30am, Archdeacon Heather Patacca will visit Holy Trinity to consult with our community to look at what we feel are our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and the attributes and qualities we would value in a new priest. Please come and be part of this conversation!
STUDY GUIDE ON FORGIVENESS
At the conclusion of this week’s Service Booklet, is Session 6 of Bishop Philip’s Study Guide on Forgiveness.
“In this session we will reflect on Jesus’ words from the cross, in Luke’s gospel: “Father , forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing”. From the medieval Mystic Julian of Norwich, to the Solomon Islands Truth and Reconciliation Commission, Jesus’ Passion has inspired and enabled forgiveness, against the odds.”
